This is very rare, but occasionally can happen. Some guides have never experienced physical incarnation or verbalized language (most speak telepathically or with emotion and imagery) and when asked to interact in ways that are traditional or instinctual for us humans, can require an adjustment.

In these cases, I will let you know and my own guides will step in and do their best to describe the form of your guides (energy, light, raw emotion etc.) and then translate what your guides wish to convey.

We can also try to work on other areas such as past lives, galactic heritage, or speak with other extra-dimensional entities.

If I as a channel am not able to connect with your energy and provide meaningful services I will happily refund your session.

I offer 2 methods of live communication; traditional phone call or Zoom meeting. I also offer a written reading option if chatting isn’t your style.

If you choose a phone call I will reach out to you at the number you provide at the time scheduled. You may record our session and I highly encourage you to do so.

If you choose a Zoom meeting we can appear on camera or just audio whatever you prefer. The Zoom meeting can be recorded and I can send you a copy.

Written Readings have a 2-3 business day turn-around. All responses will be emailed to the address listed on the form.

I personally only speak English, however I do not wish to exclude anyone from receiving this information! If you have a third party that is available to translate on your behalf I am more than happy to accommodate this type of session including adding some additional time at no charge. Please send me an email with your request and I will do my absolute best to accommodate.

Yes of course, and I encourage you to do so! If the reading is taking place by phone it will be your responsibility to record and maintain for your records. If we are using Zoom I will be able to record the session and send it to you.

No, but keep in mind that you will get out of the session what you provide to it. Your guides will not break the universal law of interference and consent, so you must ask for what you want.

Preparing questions, setting intentions, or at the very least thinking about what topics you would like to discuss can go a very long way in providing a richer experience. You can also speak with your guides independently before the session and let them know what you are looking for. This is a wonderful way to provide validation of your connection, because a vast majority of the time they will find a way to answer you without you bringing it up again during the actual session.

First, I will ask for your consent for my guides and I to interact with your energy. After that we will state the invocation for our guides to begin the interaction. (You may alter the wording of this if you would like but this is what I say.)

“My dearest God, God is all that is, I invite those who seek alignment with you and who love without condition to join me in the here and now to share healing, healing messages, love and support. I allow this process to shift and change to serve the highest good of all involved. My sincerest love and gratitude.”

Then we will discuss your intentions for the session, and the questions you have. From there I will take a few moments to enter a more blended state and your guides will begin to communicate in a conversation like fashion, providing information and allowing for interaction from you.

We will wrap up a few minutes before the end of the session time to answer any additional questions or provide clarification.

For Live Readings:

You may submit your cancellation through the booking section of the website up to ONE HOUR before the scheduled time, and I reserve the right to do the same.

If you cancel your reading within the allowed timeframe a full refund will be provided.

If I need to cancel your reading I will reach out to you with the opportunity for a priority reschedule or provide a full refund, your choice.

For Written Readings:

You may submit your cancellation through the bookings section of the website within 24 hours of your confirmation email for a full refund.

When I committed to doing this work with my guide team I was questioning whether or not to use my earthly name for privacy reasons. I had originally thought about using my Soul name, but when consulting my guide team they suggested to keep that private and instead offered:

“Well why don’t you just use the name that we call you?… Mahatma Ray. Meaning one who speaks clearly through a ray of light.”

I was unaware up until that point that they were using any sort of name for me. I was very touched and honored by this and proudly adopt this moniker.

Sometimes our guides speak in riddles, poems, or abstracts. Language can be a new art form for some of them, and direct logic-based answers are not always in the cards.

Speaking from experience though, every message they convey has meaning. Every. Single. One. -- It may not make sense in the exact moment, but days, weeks or even years later their messages will serve you. Please remember that time is a human construct, and they don't see or experience it in the same ways as we do. We do our best in our intention discussion to set time frames for answers, but alas they will communicate what they feel to be priority.

This of course means that unfortunately I cannot guarantee the content of your session. I do my best to assist all my clients with prep work and intention setting for each session. If you are dissatisfied with your session please reach out to me and we can collaborate on a solution.
